What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition. Payments are refunded in Vow dollars (v$s) only, sent to the registered wallet.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If an item arrives damaged or you need a different size or color, contact support and we will help arrange an exchange when inventory allows.

How do I check my order?

Use the support page with your order number and the topic Order status.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will update the order status to out of stock and our support team will reach out with options.
